This is so adorably CUTE! 
The one thing I don't like is that weird embellishment in the upper right corner. It really takes away from the 'mother's love' thing. Don't put that in the next time.
Originality: Gave you 3 stars for this because I've seen a lot of deviations like this.
Technique: Technique is great. The textures you put on top look great (except for the embellishment). The whole thing is blended together real nicely.
Impact: Very good impact here. I definetly feel the warmth of the lioness.
