I think this is a very well done piece. I really like how mischievous the fairy looks, with a playful smile and her smiling eyes. The wings are fantastic, and is filled with beautiful colours. The light source seems to be put into consideration well and the dragonfly wings add an excellent touch.
But I have some issues with the cup. The cup is... erased in some parts that it should not be erased. If you look at where the arm(the fairy's left) meets the cup, the cup is erased where it shouldn't be. Also, the front of the cup is not quite an oval, it almost looks like a straight line in the middle of the cup where the light hits. Also, I think the area of the cup behind the fairy should have a bit of shadowing(or more of it)to give it a more 3D feeling. Lastly, if there were more variety of colours in the background(maybe a touch of purple, yellow, orange etc) this picture would've been more vibrant. The overwhelming amount of green makes some parts of the picture that should stand out more recessive(The first thing that caught my eyes was not the fairy but the cup because that was the only thing that really had a different colour than everything else). Maybe a more blondish hair would've brought the fairy into the focus more.
But overall, wonderful job, the details in the picture is amazing(I especially like the floral pattern on the bottom), and it's a beautiful piece.
